Dr. Sunwoo graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Boston in 1996. He went on to complete his General Practice Hospital Dentistry Residency at the UCLA Medical Center in 1997, one the most prestigious residency programs in the country.

Dr. Sunwoo has been practicing dentistry since 1997 and has owned and operated several cosmetic dental offices in Southern California where he concentrated on the "Hollywood Smile" and smile makeovers. He also served on the expert panel of the California Dental Board since 2002.

A member of the Academy of General Dentists (AGD), American Academy of Cosmetic Dentist (AACD) and American Dental Association ( ADA ); Dr. Sunwoo has also participated in continuing education courses with the Seattle Institute of Advanced Dental Education where Advances in Dental techniques are constantly being used and mastered. Dr. Sunwoo focuses on high end cosmetic dentistry as well as all other facets of dentistry. He has extremely high standards and is very thorough in the dental services provided to his patients.

His admiration towards nature has brought him to the Northwest and he brings with him all the experiences accumulated over the years practicing and teaching dentistry.
